HD 420 Rules of ConductMedical Cannabis Collective is, by definition, a cooperative venture. We work together in an environment that is often hostile to us, and in order to provide good service we need to establish a basic standard of conduct that everyone is expected to follow. We understand that our members are often facing difficult circumstances, including physical and emotional challenges, but in order to provide good service to everyone, we must insist that our patients adhere to the following standards of behavior: 1. You will never transfer medicine to a non-patient, nor give any indication to HD 420 staff that you intend to do so. 2. You will be businesslike and respectful when dealing with HD 420 staff, on the phone and in person. Abusive, hostile or threatening behavior is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. 3. You will be available during the delivery window given, and answer your phone when the driver calls you. We reserve the right to apply a $5 re-roll or waiting fee when HD 420 deems necessary. 4. You will ensure that you have enough funds to cover your order, and that no more than $2 is in coin. 5. You will not ask HD 420 to meet you in any locations that are unsafe, or within 1,000 feet of schools, parks, libraries, or places of worship. 6. As a HD 420 member you understand that this is a delivery-only service, and there is absolutely no walk-in or pick-up service available. 7. During deliveries, please keep your pets and/or children under control and inform HD 420 staff in advance if there are any precautions the driver needs to take. 8. You will store your medicine responsibly and make sure that no children, pets, or non-patients have access to it. 9. You will keep your recommendation and ID up-to-date and inform HD 420 of any changes affecting your status as a patient. 10. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time if we feel that the safety or legality of our collective may be at risk. You will be asked to sign this when you become a member of High Desert 420 Collective. |
